Class Schedule:

Monday from 6:30-7:30pm - Tone It Up! - We will work those core trouble areas while dancing and having fun!  Bring 1 or 2 pound weights and water. 

Tuesday from 10:15-11:15am -  Wumba (Weights & Zumba) - We will warm up the body, move on to about 20 minutes of free weights set to fun music then follow that with some fun Zumba!  Bring 3 and/or 5 pound weights, a mat or towel and plenty of water.

Wednesday from 6:30-7:30pm -  Wumba (Weights & Zumba) - We will warm up the body, move on to about 15 minutes of free weights set to fun music then follow that with some fun Zumba!  Bring 3 and/or 5 pound weights and plenty of water.

Thursday from 10:15-11:15am - Tone It Up! - We will work those core trouble areas while dancing and having fun!  Bring 1 or 2 pound weights and water. 

All of our classes are great for beginners and experts!  If you have never done a Zumba class before, don't worry.  We show you the steps and keep it at a beginner level for you.  If you are not new to Zumba, we will still make you sweat!  We bring something new to Zumba, so you are sure to have a great time!  Come try us out and see for yourself!

All of our classes are held at the West Fallowfield Township Building on Rt. 10 just south of the route 41 intersection (across from Pasquales Pizza).  


When entering the building, use the door closest to the road.


Our day classes are held in one of the rooms.  We are not in the gym during the day.  Just enter the building, follow the hallway all the way around to the end.  We are the last door on the left.  


Our night classes are held in the gym.  The gym is the double door to the right as soon as you enter the building.
