Mix It Up Fitness is a new GROUP exercise program designed with you in mind!
We want you to not only get into shape, but have fun, de-stress, make friends, laugh and smile while you work out!
We have put together fun, energetic and easy to follow routines to ensure you will have lots of fun and not have to focus too much on what the next move is going to be.
We offer two different types of classes.
Our first class is a toning class (Tone It Up!) where we use 1 or 2 lb weights set to fun music (mostly today's pop hits). Since we are using light weights, these moves will be slower and will focus on making those muscles lean and toned. You will look great in that tank top!
Our second class is a mixture of weight training and Zumba® (Wumba). We warm up to a fun song and then move on to about 20 minutes of free weights. We will do some squats, shoulder presses, leg lifts, ab work and more. Once done, the remainder of the hour is all Zumba®. We keep the Zumba routines fun and easy, so if you are new, you don't have to worry! However, if you are experienced...you are still going to have lots of fun! We do!
So, come on over and join us for a class! It's only $5 for each class or you can buy a prepaid punch card of 10 classes for $45 (giving you a free class!). We also have monthly unlimited memberships.
